Apparna Fab-Tech Pvt Ltd is a Telangana-based manufacturer of Transformer Oil Tanks, Coil Winding Machines, Transformer Core Frames and Heating Chambers — built to exacting industry standards for power sector OEMs and infrastructure clients across India and globally.
Operating from two modern facilities in Choutuppal and Cherlapalli, we combine advanced CNC fabrication technology with a disciplined quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015 and NABCB QM011. Every product leaves our shop floor only after passing rigorous multi-stage inspection — dimensional, weld, hydro-test and surface finish.

Founded in 1995, Apparna Engineering Works is our original manufacturing arm — one of Hyderabad’s foremost fabricators of transformer components and industrial machinery. Three decades of hands-on production experience inform every weld, every dimension and every delivery that carries the Apparna name.
Products from Apparna Engineering Works are known for durability, operational efficiency and long service life — manufactured from corrosion-resistant, high-grade raw material and accepted across heavy-duty industries nationwide. Custom specifications are handled as standard, not as exceptions.
Two purpose-built facilities equipped with CNC plasma cutting, MIG/TIG welding stations, hydraulic press brakes, shot-blasting lines and hydro-test rigs. Divided into procurement, manufacturing, quality testing and dispatch — for seamless, traceable production.
Every batch is inspected at raw material intake, during fit-up, post-weld and before dispatch. Dimensional verification, dye-penetrant testing and hydrostatic pressure tests are standard. Full material traceability documents accompany every consignment.
We manufacture to customer drawings, accept customised specifications and align production schedules to client timelines. Flexible payment terms, a wide distribution network and consistent on-time delivery have earned us long-term relationships across the power sector.

We manufacture distribution and power transformer tanks up to 10 MVA rating. Each tank is fabricated from high-grade mild steel plate, precision cut and welded to dimensional specifications provided by OEM clients.
Our heavy fabrication capabilities cover a broad range of structural steel work — from industrial frames and equipment skids to substation structures and cable trays, fabricated to client drawings and IS standards.
We accept custom fabrication orders for specialised components and assemblies. Whether you need a one-off prototype or a production batch, our team works directly from customer-supplied drawings or 2D/3D models.
From enclosure panels and junction box bodies to cooler tanks and conservators, our sheet metal fabrication team handles thin-gauge to medium-gauge MS and galvanised steel to tight tolerances.

Standards & Certifications
At Apparna Fab-Tech, quality is not an afterthought — it is designed into every stage of manufacturing. Our quality management system covers incoming raw material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, weld inspection, and final dispatch inspection with documentation.
We maintain compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications applicable to transformer components and structural fabrications. Hydrostatic testing facilities are available on-site for tank leak testing.
