What We Make
From transformer enclosures to large structural steel assemblies, our product range is built around the demands of India’s growing power and infrastructure sectors. Every item is designed, fabricated, and inspected in-house.
We manufacture distribution and power transformer tanks up to 10 MVA rating. Each tank is fabricated from high-grade mild steel plate, precision cut and welded to dimensional specifications provided by OEM clients.
Our heavy fabrication capabilities cover a broad range of structural steel work — from industrial frames and equipment skids to substation structures and cable trays, fabricated to client drawings and IS standards.
We accept custom fabrication orders for specialised components and assemblies. Whether you need a one-off prototype or a production batch, our team works directly from customer-supplied drawings or 2D/3D models.
From enclosure panels and junction box bodies to cooler tanks and conservators, our sheet metal fabrication team handles thin-gauge to medium-gauge MS and galvanised steel to tight tolerances.

We work directly from OEM drawings, client DXF files, or sketches. Our engineering team verifies specifications before production begins, catching errors before steel is cut.
Every weld joint is visually inspected and tested. Dimensional checks at every stage. Hydro-testing for tanks. Detailed inspection records provided with each delivery.
Production scheduling, material planning, and logistics coordination are managed in-house. We commit to delivery timelines and our track record backs it up.
Efficient production workflows, CNC nesting for material optimisation, and in-house finishing translate directly to sharper pricing without compromising quality.

Standards & Certifications
At Apparna Fab-Tech, quality is not an afterthought — it is designed into every stage of manufacturing. Our quality management system covers incoming raw material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, weld inspection, and final dispatch inspection with documentation.
We maintain compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications applicable to transformer components and structural fabrications. Hydrostatic testing facilities are available on-site for tank leak testing.
